To guarantee reservations, we require a full 16-digit debit/credit card number, the name on the card, card type (e.g., VISA, MasterCard, or Maestro), three-digit security code, and expiration date. Your card details are only used to secure your booking. Olgah will only debit the account if the cancellation procedure is not followed. If you subscribe to an Olgah paid membership, we may charge a fee periodically based on your selected plan (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or yearly). Membership can be canceled anytime. Olgah indemnifies itself against all data use and reservations made via third-party websites or agents; please refer to their privacy policies and terms.

Olgah respects guest privacy and will not sell or disclose personal information to any third party unless in an emergency or as part of our duty of care.
