General Terms and Conditions
- All guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at any property booked through Olgah.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID must be carried by every person staying at the property.
- The accepted identification proofs are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Voter ID card. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID. Guests with local IDs may not be allowed admission.
- Olgah is primarily catered towards solo travelers and young adventurers. We recommend families to consider booking a more suitable property.
- Any advance payment made at the time of reservation is strictly non-refundable.
- Prepayment of the full amount is mandatory during check-in.
- Non-resident guests are not allowed inside the rooms. Guests may invite visitors to meet in the common areas.
- For groups of 3 or 4 people traveling together, accommodation in the same room is not guaranteed.
- Different destinations and properties may have different policies, especially during peak seasons or special events.
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
- Outside pets are not allowed at any property.
- Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is charged separately at the property.
- Should any guest’s actions or behavior be deemed inappropriate by the property staff, or if any inappropriate behavior is reported, the property reserves the right, after investigation, to take appropriate action against the guest.
- The right to admission is reserved.
- Certain policies may vary by booking and are notified at the time of booking.

- Booking Extension Policy
- Extensions of stay are subject to current room rates and availability.
- The current room rates may differ from the original booking rates.
Cancellation Policy
- Any advance payment made at the time of reservation is non-refundable.
- Full prepayment of the remaining balance is required at check-in.

Group Policy
- Olgah DOES NOT allow group stays for more than 8 people (even if bookings are made in multiple installments or through different platforms).
- For groups of 4 or more, guests may be assigned different rooms at the discretion of the property.
- If a group’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or unfit, the property manager has the full right to take necessary action, which may include on-the-spot cancellation without a refund.
- Any group bookings not authorized in advance, or bookings made by several individuals to appear as separate, may be canceled or denied at any time, either in advance or upon arrival.
- Olgah reserves the right to admission.

Check-in and Check-out Policy
- Standard Check-In time is 01:00 PM.
- Standard Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and the discretion of the property.
- Guests are welcome to use the common areas during early arrival or late departure.
